Anyone who comes from or passes through a high-risk area in China should report to the village (neighborhood) committee, unit or hotel where they are located as soon as possible, and the reporting time shall not exceed 6 hours after arrival . Among them, for those who come from or pass through the high-risk areas in China , a 14-day centralized quarantine observation and two nucleic acid tests will be implemented; for those who come from or pass through medium-risk areas , a 14-day strict isolation and health management will be implemented. Two nucleic acid tests will be carried out; People who come to (return) from low-risk areas where local cases are divided into districts (municipalities are districts) must submit a negative nucleic acid test within 3 days before they can move freely . Only when the nucleic acid test is negative within 3 days can they move freely .

For those returning home during the Spring Festival (especially those engaged in importing cold-chain food and imported goods, returning home from border areas, taxi and online car drivers, etc.), nucleic acid testing and health monitoring shall be carried out in strict accordance with the requirements.
