Hefei Xinqiao International Airport’s Remote Terminals Will Resume Operation by Late May

Read Time:50 Second

At present, Hefei Xinqiao International Airport has a total of 23 terminals, including 22 remote terminals and the Hefei South Railway Station. Affected by the epidemic, lines in 22 remote terminals were shut down on January 27 (the third day of the first lunar month).

As the epidemic is gradually under control, flights and passengers at the Hefei Xinqiao International Airport are increasing, and the market demand is expanding. The terminals will resume operations in batches. The first batch of terminals in Lu’an, Anqing, Tongling, Suzhou, Wuhe, Tongcheng and Qianshan resumed operations on April 13; the second batch of terminals in Bengbu, Huainan, Huaibei and Fuyang resumed on April 23; as of May 11, only terminals in Lingbi, Sixian and Chaohu have not been reopened, and plans have been made to resume operations at the end of May. By then, all 22 remote terminals will be fully restored.(Translated by Ding Yunyun and proofread by Zhang Nan)
